Quarter-end catch-up
A full week could be spent chasing, updating and reconciling records that should have been captured as work happened.

MWA Autos has worked with MYDEALERSHIPVIEW since early 2024 as its exclusive development partner. What began as a simple accounting spreadsheet grew into a full dealer management system, cutting quarter-end admin from a week to a morning, reducing invoices to 1-2 minutes and supporting stronger compliance, website growth and automated lead handling.
Before the platform matured into its current form, MWA's admin was reactive rather than continuous. Routine work was spread across separate tools, data was often reconstructed later and quarter-end became a major catch-up exercise.
A full week could be spent chasing, updating and reconciling records that should have been captured as work happened.
Invoices took around 15 minutes each through a separate paid tool.
The AA Group template gave MWA little differentiation and limited its ability to drive local enquiries.
Complaints and compliance were handled without a clear framework, creating unnecessary legal and financial risk.
Separate tools
Accounting, invoicing and operational information lived across disconnected processes.
Data entered later
It was easy to forget to log information in the moment and reconstruct it afterwards.
Admin and risk build up
Quarter-end work increased and gaps were often discovered later than they should have been.
MWA was not simply moved onto off-the-shelf software. Since early 2024, each major addition has been shaped by what the dealership needed next, from data capture and invoicing to compliance, website performance and automated lead handling.
The partnership began with a simple VBA data-capture spreadsheet and developed into a full DMS built around MWA's own operations.
Workshop invoices are generated and saved automatically, while purchase prices and costs are entered as work happens rather than reconstructed later.
Terms and Conditions, a Legal Compliance Pack and practical guidance gave MWA a clearer framework for complaints and legal duties.
The generic website was replaced with a MYDEALERSHIPVIEW-built site, followed by automated responses to lead messages and emails.
Time was saved across routine administration, compliance became more commercially useful, the website generated stronger demand and the newest lead automation is already converting cold enquiries into visits.
Week → morning
Quarter-end admin reduced from a full week to roughly a morning.
1-2 min
Invoice creation, down from around 15 minutes and available from desktop or app.
£4,500+
Saved in a single month on a disputed repair claim.
150%
Rise in Google traffic and conversions within three months of the website rebuild.
The feedback is central to this case study because MWA has helped shape the platform from the beginning, rather than simply using it as a finished product.
“We have worked with MyDealershipView for over 2 years and don't see this as a software provider or even service provider. This has been a partnership from day one and has helped the way we operate massively and saved us money in the process.”

Additional feedback
“From helping us manage our costs and margins to MOT History data and simplifying invoices into a 2 minute task and removing multiple tools we used previously, the platform gives us everything we need and is where our business is managed end to end. We love the way MYDV operates and has built a system for us around our operations, saving us hours and hours every week. We are so excited to continue working together and expanding our own operation, which MYDV has given us the confidence to do.”

Quarter-end stopped being a week-long reconciliation exercise and invoices became a short operational task.

MWA has been an original development partner since early 2024, with the platform growing in step with the business across six major milestones.
2+ years
of co-development, with hours saved every week across admin, invoicing and compliance.
Automated lead handling is the newest addition. It has been live for two months and is already converting cold enquiries into site visits and test drives, with more results expected as the feature beds in. Adam also credits the partnership with giving MWA the confidence to continue expanding its own operation.
